The California Rare Disease Surveillance Program invites you to attend a webinar, “Reducing transfusion complications and other surveillance-supported efforts in hemoglobin disorders,” on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, from 10-11 am PDT (1-2 pm EDT).

The webinar will be given by the following presenters:

* Angela Snyder, PhD, MPH, an associate research professor in the Department of Public Management and Policy at Georgia State University and the director of health policy and financing at the Georgia Health Policy Center;

* Jane Branscomb, MPH, a senior research associate at the Georgia Health Policy Center; and

* Ross Fasano, MD, the director of aphaeresis and a pediatric hematologist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and assistant professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine.
